Unkillable Access is operated by Vantage Curation ("we", "us"), as part of the Unkillable Tools suite. By using this site or buying a licence you agree to what follows. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

1. What the product is

Unkillable Access scans a web page for accessibility defects that can be detected automatically, reports them against the WCAG 2.2 success criteria, and — with a Pro licence — generates suggested corrected markup for those defects.

The output is a file. You paste it into your own website. Nothing we provide runs on your site at any point, and nothing we provide contacts us after you have received it.

2. What the product is not — please read this one

We do not certify, guarantee, or represent that using this product makes your website accessible, WCAG-conformant, ADA-compliant, EAA-compliant, or compliant with any other law, standard, or regulation. We make no such claim anywhere, and you should not rely on one.

This is not a technicality. Automated testing can only detect a portion of accessibility barriers. A substantial share of WCAG requires human judgement — whether alt text is accurate, whether a page is comprehensible when read aloud in sequence, whether a task can actually be completed with assistive technology. A tool cannot assess those, and any vendor telling you otherwise is making a claim that has already drawn regulatory enforcement in this industry.

Fixing the defects we identify is worth doing and will help real people. It is not the same thing as being compliant, and it is not a defence to any claim.

3. Not legal advice

Nothing on this site — including any description of the ADA, the European Accessibility Act, WCAG, or enforcement activity — is legal advice, and no solicitor-client or attorney-client relationship is created by your use of it. Accessibility obligations vary by jurisdiction, sector, organisation size, and the specific facts of your situation. Consult a qualified lawyer about yours.

4. Your licence

A Pro purchase grants you a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to use Unkillable Access, including on websites you build for clients. There is no per-site fee, no seat count, no renewal, and no expiry.

The corrected markup generated for you is yours. We claim no rights over it, and no attribution is required.

You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the tool itself, or share your licence key publicly.

5. AI fix generations

A Pro licence includes a set number of AI fix generations (25 at the time of writing, and stated on the pricing section at the time of purchase). Each request that returns generated fixes consumes one.

If a generation fails for a reason on our side, the credit is returned to you automatically. Scanning, reporting, and the written fix guidance for every finding remain unlimited and free forever, including after generations are used up.

Generated fixes are suggestions produced by a language model. Review them before deploying them. Where a fix depends on information not present in the HTML — most obviously what an image depicts — it is flagged as requiring your confirmation, and you are responsible for confirming it.

6. Acceptable use

Only scan websites you own or are authorised to test. Do not use the scanner against sites where you lack permission, or in a manner intended to burden a third party's servers. We apply rate limits and may decline requests.

Do not use the product to produce content that misrepresents a site's accessibility to consumers, regulators, or courts.

7. Availability

The hosted scanner and the AI generation service are provided as-is and may be unavailable, changed, or discontinued. Because the thing you buy is a file you keep, a service interruption does not remove anything already delivered to you — that is the entire design premise.

8. Disclaimer and liability

The product is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to this product is limited to the amount you actually paid us for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including legal claims brought against you by third parties, lost revenue, or the cost of remediation work.

9. Refunds

30 days, no questions asked. See the refund policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above. Your licence, once purchased, is not revoked by a change to these terms.
