Refund Policy

Last updated 28 July 2026

Thirty days, no questions asked. Reply to your Stripe receipt and say you'd like a refund. You do not need to explain, and we will not try to talk you out of it.

How to get one

  1. Find the receipt Stripe emailed you when you bought.
  2. Reply to it asking for a refund.
  3. We process it. The money returns via your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

What happens to your licence

A refunded licence is deactivated, and any unused AI fix generations go with it.

Anything already downloaded stays yours and keeps working — we have no technical means to reach into your website and remove markup you have already pasted in, and we would not want one. If you have shipped fixes and then decide the product wasn't for you, ask for the refund anyway. We would rather give the money back than argue.

After 30 days

Ask anyway. If something went genuinely wrong we will sort it out. The 30 days is a promise, not a wall.

Why the policy is this generous

Plainly: a refund costs us one sale. A chargeback costs us the sale, a fee, and our standing with the payment processor. Making refunds effortless is the commercially sensible thing to do as well as the decent one.
